Our Story

Q-Factor Consulting has a network of talented professionals that extend value delivery promoting 21st Century skills. It is imperative that we cultivate safe spaces for life-long learning that support a growth mindset for all ages. Goal: To inspire Public/Private Partnerships that plant seeds for urban renewal. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) are today’s key buzz words. Social Justice, when combined with DEI, supports a JEDI movement necessary to create momentum! JEDI branding impacts healthy communities. It’s time we calibrate heartstrings to pour into communities one community, one partnership, and one event at a time.

Artistic inspiration matters for learning and is the undercurrent for branding and relationship development. From Jean-Michel Basquiat or Frida Kahlo to the walls of our urban cities, how we choose to see artistry and defining our “WHY?” is personal and instructionally boundless. Current projects include consulting for a myriad of clientele for initiative advancement including: 21stCentEdStride LearningWhirlpoolThe Black Chef Series, and  CivilianCyber, to name a few.

About Niquelle:

A native Californian, Niquelle dual-resides between Washington DC and Broward, Florida. Current board positions include TCP Youth Empowerment to squarely influence the workforce development and The Black Chef Series, as an anchor for purposeful equity lanes that require culinary and entertainment.
