I have known Niquelle over twelve years holding positions of Executive Director for Division and School Improvement, and CIO for Albemarle County Public Schools, before becoming Superintendent for the Ithaca City School District. Over the past 8 years, I’ve had the immense pleasure of partnering with Niquelle on multiple initiatives through joint ventures, and collaborative agreements under the Institute for Critical Infrastructure and Innovation (ICII). Through our endeavors we defined proprietary assessment approaches and volunteered our resources and capabilities to support numerous national educational programs. We explored opportunities in K-12 project-based learning and adult training and development across the diaspora from St. Louis, Missouri to Ghana, Africa. Niquelle’s ability to perceive, assess and analyze multi-dimensional problems and develop executive level strategies is her critical asset.
